Dear Mrs. Zalkowski, Sherri, Ted, Loren, Stephanie, and to all the family,
I was so sorry to hear of the passing of Mr. Zalkowski. He was always a pleasure to care for in the dental office. He always had a smile on his face, had a good sense of humor, and was always so pleasant. He never failed to ask how I was doing. He was so considerate, and friendly. I will truly miss him.
Please accept my sincere condolances, and hopes that your family can find strength and peace at this difficult time. Even though your hearts are empty, filling them with happy memories can help.
