Carole L. Rae (nee Shedaker) passed away peacefully on November 15, 2021, at the age of 72. Born in Riverside, Carole was a resident of Burlington for the past forty years. She was employed as a secretary for L & M Distribution Inc., Beverly, and previously employed at Gimbels, Mt Laurel and Kiddie City, Burlington.
Beloved wife of the late James C. Rae. Devoted mother of Tammy Adams (Joseph) ,Nicole Van Ness and step mother to James (Katrina). Loving grandmother of Brittany, Kevin, J.T., Jacob and Kaiden. Dear sister in law of Ruth Shedaker (the late Elton) and Sandy Shedaker (the late Don). Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Service and interment private. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478, Oklahoma City, OK 73123 or the American Diabetes Association, P. O. Box 7023, Merrifield, VA 22116-7023.
