Winston L. Chafin passed away peacefully on March 25, 2022, at the age of 80. Born in Houston, Texas, Winston was a resident of Delanco for the past 51 years. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam era. He was quite involved with the American Legion Post 115, Beverly. Winston was employed for 26 years as an electrical engineer for the New Jersey Turnpike Authority.
Beloved husband of Joyce (nee Yannarella). Devoted father of David Chafin (Marci) and Joyce Jellison (Chris). Loving grandfather of Timothy, Greg, Madison and Michaela Chafin and Alexis and Emily Jellison. Dear brother of Betty Ryder (Robert) and Linda Partain. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing Thursday morning from 9 am to 11 am at the Chadwick Memorial Home, 154 Webster St., Riverside. Service 11 am at the funeral home. Interment Monument Cemetery, Beverly.
