My husband Jim and Joe were friends for many years.
They were both Silverton yacht owners. Jim ,Joe ,Roe and I had so much fun running around the Delaware River and the Chesapeake Bay. The one thing I see when I think of Joe is that he was always smiling. He will be sadly missed.

Q: How did you meet Joseph?
A: I first met Joe most likely at his daughter Lynn and Son-in-Law Al’s traditional Halloween parties. Joe was very crafty and creative when it came to his Halloween costumes thanks to his wife, Roseann’s talents putting them together. Joe always had a smile on his face and a kind word to say about everyone. I certainly will miss Joe’s presence. May he rest in peace. I am posting some Halloween memories that will be treasured for years to come.

It is with our deepest condolences to Roseann and the entire Family; Joe was a wonderful man who I was so proud of. We were always so happy when we did see him or was able Zoom or talk on the Telephone and share our lives coming and goings. I have so many wonderful memories over the years that will be always cherished, we will miss him dearly, but my Uncle Joe will never be forgotten and will be in my, our memories forever.
Love you all so much

I knew Joe years ago from C.B. radio; we were on Channel 8, and his handle was "Whaler". He was a dear and sweet man, great sense of humor, good friend to all, and he was enjoyed by everyone on the air. My deepest condolences to his dearest Roseann and to their children and grandchildren. "3s and 8s" to Whaler from Eskimo.

Pop-Pop,
To say I’m devastated is an understatement. You’ve always been a light in the family and reminded us to have fun once in a while. I will miss hearing you contacting others through the HAM Radio, your laugh when I would say something absurd…I just will miss you. There are no other ways to say this. Love you ❤️
