Joseph A. Sedor passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, at the age of 91. Born in Mahanoy Plane, PA., Joseph was a longtime resident of Riverside before recently moving to Delran. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army during the Korean War. He was a proud member of Delran VFW Post 3020, Riverside American Legion Post 146 and VVA Chapter 899. He was employed as a steel worker for U.S. Steel, Fairless Hills, PA and Griffin Pipe Products, Florence, NJ. Beloved husband of 68 years to Margaret E. (nee Bechtel). Devoted father of Joseph A II and the late Mark Sedor, Allen Sedor and Margaret Sedor. Loving grandfather of Jason Swiderski, Crystal Medor, Aria Rodia, Giacomo Rodia and Kyle Eirich, great grandfather of 10, including Jaylyn Swiderski. Relatives and friends are invited to attend Joseph’s viewing Friday, February 2, 2024 from 10 am to 12 noon at the Chadwick Memorial Home, 154 Webster St., Riverside, followed by his service at 12 noon. Interment will take place at Lakeview Cemetery, Cinnaminson.
