Obituary of Karen E. Gibbs

Karen E. Gibbs passed away peacefully Sunday, May 26, 2024, at the age of 59. Born in Riverside, Karen was employed as an IT consultant for several computer firms before starting her own consulting service. She loved the beach, good food, all things Italian, red wine, rock and roll, and bingo. She was also a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community. Her biggest joy in life was spending time with her family, especially her nieces and nephews. Karen was the daughter of the late Wayne and Joyce Gibbs. She is survived by her beloved siblings, Donna Muldrow (Charles Sr.), Steven Gibbs Sr., and Patricia Biluck (Robert). Loving aunt of Shannon Muldrow, Charles Muldrow Jr. (Shawn), Brittany Gibbs-Jackson (Andrew), Nathan Gibbs, Charlie Biluck (Angela), Zachary Biluck, Noah Biluck, and Rebecca Biluck. Great aunt of Ayden Gibbs, Elijah Jackson, Emma Jackson, Ezra Gibbs, Eve Muldrow, and Landon Palmer. She was predeceased by her nephew Steven Gibbs Jr. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the viewing Monday morning, June 3, 2024 from 10 am until 12 noon at the Chadwick Memorial Home, 154 Webster Street, Riverside. Service 12 noon at the funeral home. Interment to follow at Lakeview Cemetery, Cinnaminson. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Karen’s name to the New Jersey Chapter of the Huntington's Disease Society of America, P.O. Box 268, Ridgewood, New Jersey 07451 or online at www.newjerseyhdsa.org The family requests that anyone attending the funeral wear blue as that was Karen’s favorite color.
