Marco Cerrone Sr, 65, of Camden, NJ, passed away on June 15, 2024. Born on July 9, 1958, in Philadelphia, he was the son of the late Nicholas J. Cerrone and Dolores (née D’Achino). Marco built a respected career across various fields including construction, holding a CDL, and mechanics, where he applied his robust skills and strong work ethic. Beyond his professional life, Marco was a man of many passions. He enjoyed fishing, was an excellent cook, and took great joy in gardening. His love for animals was evident to all who knew him. His favorite place was the Pennsylvania Mountains. Above all, Marco cherished time spent with his family, creating lasting memories that they will hold dear. He is survived by his children, Deanne (Wayne), Sarah (Christopher), Michael, and Marco Jr; siblings, Nicholas (Uneda), Joseph (Donna), Anthony (Charlene), Donna (Tony), Dominic (Dawn), and Dino; and grandchildren, Christopher, Maximus, and Brooke. A private celebration of life was held to honor Marco's memory. His presence and distinctive voice left an indelible mark on all who knew him, and he will be deeply missed.
